Head Office IT & Systems Full-time 8–15 yrs experience

About the role

Own IT stability and transformation across HO and stores, including ERP/POS rollout readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT roadmap
  • Support planned Dynamics 365 Business Central + LS Central implementation
  • Manage Microsoft 365 already in use, local AD/Entra sync, users, mail, endpoints, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, switches, internet, CCTV, POS hardware, servers/NAS/backups, ticketing and vendors

Requirements

  • ERP/POS rollout exposure
  • AD/Entra/M365
  • Firewall/VPN/VLAN/switching
  • POS/printer/scanner/CCTV
  • Server/backup basics
  • Vendor/partner coordination
  • Documentation and change management
